Weekend program · Podgorica · Season 2026/27

Progress happens
in the detail.

A specialist academy for the individual development of young basketball players — ninth season in Podgorica. We don't replace the club: we add what team practice has no time for.

The assessment is your first session — one credit from your package, 70 minutes with the coach.

The full program

Curriculum

  1. Ball handling and control under pressure
  2. Shooting mechanics and footwork
  3. Finishing — angles, timing, contact
  4. Defensive stance and movement
  5. Decision making and reading the game
  6. Athletic base — speed, agility, balance

Age determines the group.

Foundation group training
Foundation8 – 11

Motor skills and coordination, relationship with the ball, basic shooting and dribbling technique. We build correct habits before wrong ones take root.

Performance group training
Performance12 – 16

Technique under pressure, decision making, applying skills in live play. Work is matched to each player's level within the group.

Age determines the group — not a parent's assessment. A player aged 10–11 may be called up to the older group, by coach decision only, based on the entry assessment and their work in training.

The method

Six players.
One coach.
Nothing missed.

Skill isn't built by volume — it's built by precision of repetition.

More reps don't fix a bad habit. The base is set first — only then do we add speed, distance and pressure. What is corrected this week is checked the next.

Professional equipment at every session — shooting aids, dribbling stations, reaction and coordination systems, balance gear, video analysis, timers.

The full method

Five things that happen in every 70-minute session — and can't happen in a full-team practice.

Skills Academy player training with focus goggles
  1. See the error

The coach has to see the rep as it happens.

  2. Stop it in the moment

Correction after practice comes too late.

  3. Explain in the child's language

The same cue does not work for every child.

  4. Repeat it enough times

Habits are built by repetition, not by understanding.

  5. Check it next session

Without a check, the old habit returns.

The difference

What team practice
has no time to do.

The club builds the team. We build your child. Both matter — here is the difference.

What you see after one month

The first progress is not in the statistics — it shows in body language. A child who knows what they are doing carries themselves differently on court.

  • Calmer, cleaner shooting mechanics
  • More secure ball control under pressure
  • Better body position, balance and footwork
  • The child asks for the ball instead of avoiding it
  • Visibly greater confidence at club practice and in games

On weekends — Saturday and Sunday, 70 minutes per session. Skills Development trains twice a week, Shooting Lab once or twice. Your group’s exact time slot is confirmed when you book.

Skills Development covers 8–16 — Foundation for 8–11, Performance for 12–16. Shooting Lab runs 8–18. Placement is by level, not just age: the entry assessment decides the group.

Maximum 6 players per coach — published and guaranteed in every session.

Your first session. It uses one credit from your package: 70 minutes with a coach, an honest evaluation of where your child stands, and placement into the right group.

The credit isn’t lost. Use it at another session within your package’s validity window — 8 credits are valid 10 weeks, 16 credits are valid 20 weeks.

Yes — the combined package bundles 16 Skills Development credits with 8 Shooting Lab credits: 24 sessions for 440 €, with the official jersey and priority in choosing time slots.

Yes — a single session is 30 € without a package. Most parents start with the entry assessment instead, since it already includes the evaluation.

No — we’re built around it. The club prepares the team; we develop the individual. Weekend sessions sit outside the typical club week, so the work adds up instead of competing.
