Only what you give us. A waitlist takes an email address. A training application takes more, because we have to run the group safely: the child’s name and date of birth, their club and position if they have one, jersey size, which package you want, anything medical a coach needs to know, and the parent’s name, phone and email. A camp registration asks a different set: the parent’s name, phone and email, the child’s name and age, your city and country, the team or club if there is one, height, weight, merch size, which package you want, and anything you think we should know — it does not ask for a date of birth or a position, and the photo and video consent is no longer part of it: it is the same separate consent form that follows a training application. The photo and video consent asks for the child’s name and date of birth, the parent’s name, phone, email and town, and your yes or no — the town is there because the consent is a signed document and carries a place and a date. We ask for nothing else, and never for payment details through this site. The site stores your language choice in your own browser and measures visits with cookieless analytics — no advertising cookies, no tracking profiles. One thing we never ask you for arrives anyway: the internet address your form is sent from. The program that handles the forms sees it, uses it only to stop spam, and forgets it again shortly after — there is more about that below. One more thing stays in your own browser, and only there: when you send a training application or a camp registration, your child’s name and your own phone and email are held in that browser tab so the consent form that follows can fill them in for you, together with the date of birth from a training application or the city from a camp registration. They never reach a web address, they are erased the moment that form reads them, and they expire after thirty minutes in any case.

The site is hosted on Vercel, and the forms are handled there too. When you press send, the form goes to a small program of ours running on Vercel; it reads the form, emails it straight to our own inbox at info@skillsacademy.me, and keeps no copy of it — it has no database. To stop spam and double sends it does hold a little: the internet address the form was sent from, and scrambled fingerprints — one of the form, one of the email address a confirmation would go to — which cannot be turned back into what you wrote. Those are held for minutes, an hour at the very outside, and then they are gone. Nothing else is kept at all. Resend, the email service, carries that message, and while we finish switching the sending over, a form may still travel by Formspree, the form service we used before; either way it lands in that one inbox and nowhere else. The consent about your child’s photographs travels that same route as everything else. Two of the forms also send you a short confirmation that we have them — a training application and the photo and video consent — but only once the sending has moved to Resend, and only if you left an email address that works. A camp registration and the waitlists send you no confirmation at all, and neither does anything that still travels by Formspree. When a confirmation does arrive it never repeats back to you anything you wrote about your child’s health, and it is a courtesy rather than a receipt: if it does not arrive, your form still reached us. Early-access sign-ups for the Online Academy are stored in Kajabi, our course platform — and if you tick the box on an application or a registration asking for the free guide and academy news, your email address and your name go to that same Kajabi list, and nothing else from the form goes with them. Leave it unticked and nothing is sent there at all. We keep a registration or an application for the season it belongs to and delete it after. The photo and video consent is the one exception to that, because it is a standing permission and not a season’s paperwork: we keep that record — the child’s name and date of birth, the parent’s name and contact details, the town, and the yes or no — until you revoke it, and we delete it when you do. One email to info@skillsacademy.me is enough. Messages you send on WhatsApp or Viber are handled by those apps under their own terms.

Our programs are for minors, so we involve parents in everything. Both a camp registration and a weekend training application are followed by the same short consent form, which asks the parent whether we may photograph and film the child. Saying no changes nothing about the child’s place — we simply keep them out of the frame. Photos and video are published only with that consent, it can be revoked at any time in writing, and if you want an image of your child removed, tell us and it comes down.
One credit is one session. 8 credits are valid 10 weeks, 16 credits 20 weeks. Skills Development: 170 € / 300 €. Shooting Lab: 190 € / 340 €. Combined package (16 + 8 = 24 credits): 440 €, with the official jersey and priority in choosing time slots. The official jersey comes with every 16-credit package. The entry assessment is your first session and uses one credit. A missed session doesn’t burn the credit — use it within the validity window. A single session without a package is 30 €. If an injury stops a player from training, the package is paused and the remaining sessions are used after recovery. Payment goes to Košarkaški klub All Star by bank transfer, or in cash at the court.
Winter Intensive (Jan 8–14, 2027, Podgorica): registrations are open until Dec 20, 2026, or until the places fill. Until Dec 1, 2026 the prices are 400 € for the full programme of 12 sessions and 280 € for one session a day (6 sessions); from Dec 2 they are 450 € and 310 €. Summer Camp and Shooting Camp (July 2027, Kolašin): full terms are published with registration — joining a waitlist commits you to nothing. All camp payments go to Basket Kamp d.o.o. by bank transfer, against the registration number we send you.
