Parent / guardian consent

Photo and video
consent.

For the use of photographs and video from Skills Academy training sessions and events, in line with applicable personal-data protection rules. Two minutes, and you can revoke it at any time.

Statement of consent

By filling in this form and pressing “Send consent”, I confirm that I am informed and agree that Skills Academy — Košarkaški klub All Star, Piperska 370/A, Podgorica — may photograph and film my child during:

  • training sessions
  • the entry assessment
  • academy events

How the material is used

I consent to the photographs and video being used for the following purposes:

  • promotion of the academy and its programs
  • posts on the official website and social media
  • promotional campaigns and marketing materials
  • presentations, brochures and digital content

Additional provisions

  • Material will be used solely for promotional and informational purposes.
  • It will not be used in any way that could harm the child’s dignity or privacy.
  • We do not sell the material and do not give it to third parties for their marketing.
  • Consent is given without a time limit, unless revoked in writing.
  • Consent is given without any monetary compensation.

Skills Academy runs its weekend training program through Košarkaški klub All Star, Piperska 370/A, Podgorica, PIB 11012868. Sessions are held at Gimnazija „Slobodan Škerović“, Vaka Đurovića 26. Camps are run by a separate company and ask for photo consent in their own registration form.

Entering the parent’s first and last name has the effect of a signature. You can revoke this consent at any time in writing at info@skillsacademy.me.

Don’t want your child photographed?

Saying no changes nothing about your child’s place. We simply keep them out of the frame — and we’d rather have your “no” on record than guess.
