The coaching staff

Dragan Pejić

Youth Program Coordinator

Dragan Pejić

Youth development · Skills Academy

Dragan Pejić is a prominent name in Montenegrin basketball. He began his career alongside Vlado Šćepanović in the golden Gorštak generation from Kolašin that reached the junior vice-championship of the former federation, and went on to play for Budućnost, Gorica, Mogren, Rudar, Mornar and Slovenian side Maribor.

Background

He began coaching as player-coach of Gorštak in the Montenegrin First League, and was soon assistant to Mihajlo Pavićević with Montenegro's youth national team at the European Championship in Lithuania.

Philosophy

Today, as youth program coordinator, he brings that experience to every generation he leads — alongside technique and tactics he builds team spirit, commitment and fair play. Under his guidance the youth program has become a production line for talent.

Dino Ramusović

Individual Development Coach

Dino Ramusović

Individual development · Skills Academy

Dino Ramusović leads individual player development in the Skills Academy program. A graduate of the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education in Belgrade, he has built his experience with every age group — from mini-basket to seniors — through engagements in Montenegro, Turkey and international development programs.

Focus

He belongs to a new generation of coaches who see player development through the blend of sports science, psychology and game analysis. His focus is on the details that make the difference in modern basketball: ball control, advanced footwork, shooting mechanics, finishing around the rim and basketball IQ.

Philosophy

His work is defined by energy, precision and maximum quality in every repetition. His philosophy is simple — great players are not made by accident, but through thousands of quality reps, attention to detail and a daily hunger to improve.

Dejan Vujisić

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Dejan Vujisić

One of Montenegro's leading physical preparation experts

Dejan Vujisić is a strength and conditioning coach and one of the leading physical preparation experts in Montenegro. With more than a decade of experience he has worked with professionals and national team athletes across basketball, football, handball, tennis and combat sports, preparing them for national, European and world competitions.

Method

His work rests on scientifically grounded methods, an individual approach and long-term development: correct movement patterns, coordination and stability, speed and explosiveness, strength and functional endurance — with habits that protect against injury.

Philosophy

He pays special attention to younger age groups, because the foundations of future performance are laid while growing up. He believes elite players are not built through basketball training alone — but through quality movement, a strong body and a professional attitude to every session.
